| Most companies experience similar problems in terms of data warehousing, says Martin Rennhackkamp, COO of PBT Group. Rennhackkamp was speaking at ITWeb's Data Warehousing conference, held at Vodaworld, last week. He spoke about several problematic issues, including scope management. “The biggest risk is scope creep,” he said, and proposed breaking a project into smaller pieces to make it more manageable. “It's a programme, rather than one big project.” |
